I’m avoiding any collecting of data, so I need you to send me files if there are crashes or errors.
Crashes are extremely rare, but if you get one – Please send Skow the .log file. Note – these files are time stamped with the start time of the game, only the most recent 5 files are kept. If unsure which log file to send me, send me multiple and I can dig through them. If you are sending me the log for an error that isn’t crashing the game, close the game so the log file is written to.
The data for errors and save files is located in the path below (Note that Skowr would be replaced with your windows user name)
Note: ‘AppData’ is a hidden folder, if you don’t have hidden files turned on, you will need to do the follow steps:
- Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
- Select View > Options > Change folder and search options.
- Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK.
Also, you may find a situation where something is ‘bugging out’. If you can save the game, and it’s still occurring after loading the save, please send me the save file.
